Beaver Moon and StarLab

Program for All Ages

 

Join a Briar Bush educator at the Crestmont Clubhouse for a night of full moon fun! Explore the night sky and search for animal constellations projected in our StarLab inflatable planetarium. Then, head outside and learn how to use a telescope to view the Beaver Moon.

 
This program will take place at Crestmont Clubhouse: 2595 Rubicam Avenue, Willow Grove, PA 19090.

Cost:

  • $15.00/participant
  • Abington Resident: $13.50/participant
  • FOBB Member: $12.00/participant
Notes:
  • To participate in StarLab, participants are required to crawl through the inflated tunnel and sit on the ground to view the projections.
  • The planetarium is dimly lit and may be an intimidating experience for young children.
  • This program requires registration for participants ages 2+. Children under 2 years of age are free of charge.
  • The program takes place indoors and outdoors, rain or shine, for varying durations of time. Dress appropriately for the weather. You will be contacted in the case of cancellation due to extreme weather.
  • Registration closes 11/7/25 at 12:00pm.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel the program 15 days or more before its start date, you will receive an 80% refund (20% service fee). No refunds will be issued within 14 days of the program start date. To cancel, email Melissa Eldridge at melissa@briarbush.org.
