Bird Feeder Cleaning Event 2021

This event is in response to recent concerns surrounding the mysterious

bird illness that has resulted in recommendations to cease feeding birds.

It also reminds us of the importance of periodic cleaning of our bird feeders.

Registration is required.

Location: Briar Bush Nature Center (1212 Edgehill Road, Abington, PA 19001)

Bird Feeder Drop-Off: Friday, August 20^th from 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM OR

                                   Saturday, August 21^st from 9:00 AM to Noon

Your feeders will be “tagged and bagged” for identification.

Volunteers from event partners will clean the feeders.

Bird Feeder Pick-Up: Saturday, August 21^st from 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Information materials will be available.

Cost: $5/feeder ($5 discount for 3 or more feeders)

All funds raised will be donated to Briar Bush Nature Center and Wyncote Audubon.
