Edible Plant Walk
Program for Adults
 
Get a taste of the bounty of your own backyard! Join us on a walk along the trails to rediscover plants that people have used for centuries as food and medicine. Discover how to identify, ethically harvest, and prepare edible wild plants. After the walk, taste samples of pine needle tea and more!

Participants will walk and stand along the trails. Please dress for the weather.

Time: 10:00am-11:00am

Location: Briar Bush Nature Center

Cost:

  • $8.00/participant
  • Abington Resident: $7.20/participant
  • FOBB Member: $6.40/participant

  • The program will take place outdoors, so dress appropriately.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel the program 15 days or more before its start date, you will receive an 80% refund (20% service fee). No refunds will be issued within 14 days of the program start date.
