Tree Health and Maintenance
Program for Adults
 
Join us in a discussion and short interpretive walk on the benefits of native trees and how they influence the ecosystem around them. Learn about invasive insect pests and diseases that affect native trees, and gather some tips for maintaining your own trees at home.

Cost:

  • $10.00/participant
  • Abington Resident: $9.00/participant
  • FOBB Member: $8.00/participant
Notes:

  • This program will take place indoors and outdoors.

  • The indoor portion will take place in the Museum's indoor, second-floor program space. This space is accessible only by stairs.

  • Participants will hike the full main trail loop at Briar Bush. The trails are uneven and covered with woodchips. 

  • Please dress for the weather.

 
Registration closes at 12:00pm the day before the program.
If registration is unavailable, the program may be full.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel the program 15 days or more before its start date, you will receive an 80% refund (20% service fee). No refunds will be issued within 14 days of the program start date. To cancel, email Melissa Eldridge at melissa@briarbush.org.
