Winter Tree ID

Program for Adults

 

When trees have shed their leaves by winter, telling one from another can be tricky. Learn how to identify trees this winter by using year-round features such as bark, buds, and branching. You'll then be able to identify backyard trees at any time of year!

Time: 10:30am-12:00pm

Cost:

  • $12.50/participant
  • Abington Resident: $11.25/participant
  • FOBB Member: $10.00/participant
Notes:
  • The program will take place outdoors and is formatted as a guided hike. Please dress appropriately for the weather. You will be contacted in the case of cancellation due to extreme weather.
  • Registration closes 12/5/25 at 12:00pm.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel the program 15 days or more before its start date, you will receive an 80% refund (20% service fee). No refunds will be issued within 14 days of the program start date. To cancel, email Melissa Eldridge at melissa@briarbush.org.
